1 July -  31 August  2024 / 125 euros

Notes to the rental rate

Ask us if you would like a price in pounds sterling (GBP)

Changeover day is by negotiation. (Arrival time is 16.00 and checkout time is 10.00)

Prices are per night and include electricity, air-con, wifi and a weekly change of bedlinen and towels.

Cleaning after departure is  included in the price.

If a rental period spans two different rates, we calculate a price on a pro-rata basis

Minimum rental period is 10 nights in peak period.

20% payable at time of booking. 80% payable two months before holiday starts

Pay  by bank transfer, Revolut or by PayPal/credit card.

Cancellation policy

As a general rule, money paid is non-refundable, so we strongly advise you to take out travel insurance.  However, in these Covid times, if you have to cancel due to Government travel restrictions, all money paid will be refunded
