  2. The terrace and patio garden

    Combined, they offer ample space outside the apartment for sunloungers, table and chairs and barbecue. The southerly aspect ensures that the sun can be enjoyed throughout the day. Walls either side give privacy and create a suntrap.

  3. Peace and tranquillity

    Calle Capuchinos is a cul-de-sac and therefore there is no through traffic.

  4. All rooms face south

    The spectacular view can be enjoyed from the kitchen, lounge and both bedrooms. What can be better than to lie in bed and see the Med!

  5. Both bedrooms and the lounge have ceiling fans

    In the hot summer months, the fans help keep you cool and are better and less noisy than air-conditioning, in our opinion.

  6. Easy access

    You can park the car outside the apartment. From street level there are 15 steps up to the patio garden and then a further 12 steps up to the terrace and living accommodation. Many properties in Nerja have many more steps to climb!

  7. Our agent is on site

    If you have a problem, just stroll round to our agent's office, which is only 200 metres away. Some apartments just have a phone number for you to ring, or their agent is based in the centre of town.
